Tips to Stay Healthy & Clean.
Your mom was right about advising you to keep yourself clean and tidy at all times to ward off diseases. A few personal hygiene habits like cleaning your hands with a Lazer handwash and flossing your teeth will keep germs and bacteria at bay. Besides deteriorating your health, your poor personal hygiene can also make your loved ones sick. When you stay clean and neat, your physical appearance will improve, and soon you will feel confident.
Here are some of the healthy habits that you should adopt permanently:
Take a shower every day
Even if you feel too lazy to drag yourself to shower every morning, you should push yourself to bathe at least once a day. Also, clean your body and hair with soap or shampoo at regular intervals, if not every day. You will have to understand that your body is shedding off the skin, invisible to the human eye, but if it is not scrubbed off, it can cause illnesses.
Washing veggies and meat
We often don’t think that it is essential to wash the store-bought fruits, veggies, and meat because we think it is all fresh! You should never skip washing all the raw ingredients before cooking or eating. While chopping, make sure to use different knives to cut meat and veggies. Avoid washing meats in your sink as it results in the spread of germs in your sink area, which might get into the utensils or foods. Always cook your meat entirely, as if you leave it uncooked, germs will get into your system.
Maintaining Proper Oral Hygiene.
If others are complaining about your bad breath, then you need to build proper oral care habits. Besides brushing your teeth at least twice every day, you should start flossing as well. There are no better alternatives than brushing and flossing when it comes to maintaining your pearly assets and strong gums. Besides that, you should cut down your caffeine intake as this decays your teeth and causes bad breath.
Ensure Cleanliness In The Office Pantry.
The office pantry is a shared space, and thus there is no way of knowing whether every employee is maintaining hygiene protocols. To be on the safe side, you can carry your food and, if possible, mugs and plates and then wash it after your meal. If you store snacks in the pantry refrigerator, make sure to wrap them in a clean tissue foil.
Even if you find that your loved ones are not taking care of their hygiene, make sure to inform them about its importance for the betterment of their health.
Wash your hands
Do you know that you contract most diseases just because you don’t wash your hands often? Most of us tend to overlook this simplest hygiene habit of washing our hands after entering the home from outside, before dining and cooking, after sneezing, and handling garbage. If you are not in a position to wash your hands with antibacterial soap, then you can carry an alcohol-based sanitizer and smear it in your hands when needed.
